.01 Purpose.
These regulations explain a program jointly administered by the Departments of Agriculture and Health and Mental Hygiene to protect both human health and poultry from contagious and infectious diseases. Other portions of this program are explained in COMAR 15.04.01, 10.15.03, and 10.15.04.
